What is our standard?
We are looking for people who are coachable with a servant heart, and that enjoy being part of an upbeat atmosphere. For part-time positions, you will need to be available to work at least 3 days per week. Saturdays are required for all team members. We also offer full-time positions (up to 40 hours a week).
What positions are available?
We are always looking for outstanding team members to work on our Front Counter/Drive-Thru as well as in the Kitchen. We also have leadership positions available for those that are looking for future career opportunties within Chick-fil-A.

Please fill out the application and be as detailed as possible. Each application will be screened by our Director of People & Development, who will contact you directly with any questions.
What does our interview process look like?
After your application has been received & the initial screening takes place, you will be scheduled for an interview with the Training Director at your prospective store. If you have been selected to move forward in the process, you will be contacted by the Director of People & Development for your onboarding and orientation details.

What should I bring with me to an interview or Hiring Event?
A pen, a resume (depending on previous work experience), and a smile!

Business Casual is appreciated.
